Texas ECE professor Ananth Dodabalapur and Praveen Pasupathy, a research associate in Texas ECE, along with chemistry professor Eric Anslyn have received a $1 million grant from the W.M. Keck Foundation to create a new data storage and retrieval paradigm centered around synthetic polymers.

Ping-Chun Li, a graduate student researcher in Prof. Edward Yu’s group in UT ECE was recently selected as a recipient of a Material Research Society (MRS) Graduate Student Silver Award at the 2014 MRS Spring Meeting in San Francisco, CA.
UT ECE graduate student Xiaohan Li was awarded the best poster award at the 40th IEEE Photovoltaic Specialists Conference (PVSC) held in Denver, CO, June 8-13, 2014. His work was selected from over 900 other poster competitors around the globe.
